1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ClaimRebate.com.au (the “Site”) or any related services (together the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please exit the Site.

2. Definitions

• Arc AI Agent, we, us — Arc AI Agent (ABN 43 879 594 646).
• Directory — searchable database of Australian government rebate programs.
• AI Eligibility Checker — conversational tool offering probabilistic eligibility estimates.
• Content — all text, data, graphics, code and other material on the Site.
• You, User — any person accessing or using the Services.

3. About ClaimRebate

ClaimRebate is a private information service unaffiliated with any government department or program administrator. We aggregate publicly available rebate information for convenience only.

4. Licence to Use

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use. Scraping, reproduction or resale of the Directory without written permission is prohibited.

5. Open-Government Content Attribution

Certain rebate descriptions include public-sector information licensed under Creative Commons CC BY 4.0. Required attributions appear on individual rebate pages or on our Legal Compliance page. You must not remove or obscure these attributions.

6. No Professional or Financial Advice

All Content is general in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, tax or other professional advice. You must independently verify eligibility, amounts and application procedures with the relevant program administrator.

7. AI Eligibility Checker Disclaimer

The AI Eligibility Checker provides probabilistic assessments based on the information you supply and current program rules. Results do not guarantee eligibility or approval.

8. Accuracy & Updates

We strive for accuracy, but rebate schemes can change or close without notice. Content may be incomplete or outdated, and we make no warranty as to its accuracy.

9. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

• Provide accurate information when using the AI Eligibility Checker.
• Do not interfere with or overload the Site (e.g., automated scraping).
• Submit only genuine votes; refrain from defamatory, misleading or unlawful content.

10. User-Provided Content (Votes)

Your votes remain your property, but you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display and use them. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any User Content at our discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

Except for government-licensed content noted above, all Site Content and branding are owned by or licensed to Arc AI Agent. Plain-text state or territory names are descriptive fair use.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site links to government portals and, in the future, may link to commercial service providers. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We currently receive no referral fees.

13. Privacy & Communications

Sign-in uses Google OAuth; we collect your name, email address and avatar and automatically subscribe you to our newsletter, which you may unsubscribe from at any time. AI chat transcripts are stored while your account remains active. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

14. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, including for breach of these Terms.

15. Liability & Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or costs arising from your use of the Site. You agree to indemnify us against any claims resulting from your misuse of the Services.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above will change; continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

19. Miscellaneous
