1. Introduction

The AI Eligibility Agent uses machine-learning models to analyse rebate rules and generate a series of questions. Based on your responses, it provides a probabilistic indication of likely eligibility. These Conditions govern your use of the AI Eligibility Agent.

2. Probabilistic Nature & No Guarantee

The AI Eligibility Agent’s output is probabilistic—it may indicate you are likely or unlikely to qualify. It does not guarantee eligibility or approval. You must not rely solely on this output for final decisions.

3. Accuracy & User Responsibility

We strive for accuracy in the AI-driven questions and verdicts, but errors may occur due to model limitations or outdated rebate data. You assume full responsibility for verifying any AI output via the official programme administrator.

4. No Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Arc AI Agent nor any third-party model provider shall be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the AI Eligibility Agent. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arc AI Agent against any claims resulting from your reliance on AI outputs.

5. Data Use & Retention

Your responses to the AI Eligibility Agent are stored while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure. We use this data solely to improve AI performance and for internal audits.

6. Updates to Conditions

We may modify these Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users by email and post a site banner for 7 days. Continued use of the AI Eligibility Agent constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
